Explore differences around roles, ownership expectations, priorities, decisions and the future of your partnership.
I facilitate constructive dialogue for people navigating difficult differences, high-stakes decisions and relationships that matter. As a neutral and impartial mediator, I help everyone involved be heard, understand what matters and develop agreements they can support.

Work through competing perspectives, damaged trust, decision impasses and challenging collaboration.
Create constructive conversations about responsibilities, boundaries, decisions and agreements that affect everyone.
Clarify interests, hear diverse perspectives and move toward informed, voluntary agreements.
I draw on advanced mediation training, doctoral study of relational dynamics, and more than two decades of coaching and facilitation. My Human Systems Architecture™ perspective helps participants recognize how roles, expectations, communication and habitual patterns interact within a larger human system. I focus on dignity, mutuality, constructive dialogue and agreements participants themselves choose.
We discuss the parties, the issues, suitability, participation and confidentiality expectations.
I create a structured, balanced process in which participants can articulate needs, concerns and priorities.
We identify shared interests, differences and practical options without imposing a decision.
Participants decide whether and how to document voluntary, workable commitments and follow-up.
Mediation is voluntary, non-adjudicative and impartial. I do not take sides, provide legal advice or decide the outcome. We establish confidentiality boundaries and any multi-party reporting expectations at the outset. Scope and investment are quoted individually based on participants, complexity and session format. My mediation services are non-clinical and are not psychotherapy or legal representation.
Tell me a little about the situation and parties involved, without including sensitive or confidential details in the initial contact form. I'll help you explore whether mediation is an appropriate next step.
