MY APPROACH · HUMAN SYSTEMS ARCHITECTURE™
Capable people often find themselves inside patterns and systems that no longer support the outcomes they want. Human Systems Architecture™ is the framework I created to help people see those systems clearly and redesign them on purpose.
Human Systems Architecture™ is the measurement, design and improvement of the human systems that determine how people, relationships, teams and organizations function and perform.
Coaching improves people. Consulting improves strategy. Technology improves processes. Human Systems Architecture improves how people actually work together and make decisions.
Thoughts, emotions, beliefs, subconscious patterns, internal conflicts, identity and self-regulation.
Habits, energy, priorities, boundaries, well-being and the everyday routines that sustain you.
Communication, trust, mutuality, conflict and family dynamics.
Leadership, roles, decisions, accountability, collaboration, culture and change adoption.
These dimensions interact. A pattern that appears at work may be held in place by something in your inner life, your routines or your closest relationships. That is why I look at the whole system before we design anything.
Version 6, a whole-person map across 28 dimensions in 5 areas, normed with more than 700 respondents. Validated for Outcomes, 2022; Health Value Award for Well-Being, Validation Institute, 2023.
How you move under pressure; non-diagnostic and trainable.
A relationship-health snapshot; both partners answer independently.
A team-system health profile covering trust, dynamics and psychological safety.
Multi-rater feedback for professional development and for executive leaders.
Direction, readiness and fit for a career move.
The assessments are part of the Happy Whole Human® ecosystem I co-founded. Explore them at happywholehuman.com/ecosystem

They give you and your coach one shared, measured picture instead of competing impressions, and a retake shows what actually changed.
No. This is coaching, which is forward-looking and skills-based. If you need clinical support, see Mental Health Resources.
No. The 5, 10 and 20-session packages work for individual or couples coaching in any modality. Team and family coaching are quoted separately.
The framework grows out of my doctoral research and two decades of practice. See Research & Publications and the Human Systems Architecture book series.
