EXECUTIVE ADVISORY & STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
I offer confidential strategic advisory to founders, executives and leadership teams facing decisions where the human dynamics carry as much weight as the numbers.
You may be weighing a transition, succession or change in role. Your leadership team may agree in the room and diverge afterward. Partners, co-founders or a board may be pulling in different directions, or growth and restructuring may be straining trust and accountability. Sometimes you simply need to think through a consequential people decision with someone outside the system.
Many engagements combine advisory with executive coaching. We decide the mix together at the start.
Develops your own thinking and capacity. I ask more than I advise.
Brings my perspective, frameworks and recommendations to a specific decision or challenge.
A neutral process for parties in conflict. I do not take a side or advise either party.
Not sure which you need? Book a free 15-minute consultation and we will find the right starting point.
A space to think through decisions you cannot discuss inside the organization.
A structured read, through Human Systems Architecture™, of the people, relationships, incentives and patterns shaping the outcome.
Clarity on who matters to the decision, what each needs, and how to plan the conversations that matter most.
Including the Holistogram™ (Validated for Outcomes, 2022) and Team Pulse™, so patterns become visible and measurable.
Written options and recommendations, not just questions, so you leave with a clear way forward.
Check-ins as the decision plays out, so the plan holds up in practice.
Every engagement is scoped and quoted separately, by the hour or as an ongoing arrangement.
I bring 12,000+ hours of one-to-one coaching across more than 20 years of practice. I am an Accredited Master Executive Coach (Association for Coaching), an ICF Master Certified Coach and an ICF Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC). I am also certified in conflict mediation and, for family businesses, certified in advanced family mediation (UT School of Law). My PhD in Human Ecology, specializing in Developmental Psychology, is from The University of Texas at Austin. Read more about my approach.
Not only. Advisory brings my perspective and recommendations; coaching develops yours. Many clients use both.
Each engagement is scoped and quoted separately, by the hour or as an ongoing arrangement. Prices are in USD, and engagements are with Leit Works LLC.
